Humanity, Liberty, and Accountability
I’m fighting for a federal government limited to its constitutional duties of protecting life, liberty, and property, without initiating force against its people. It’s time for centralized interests to let communities decide their own destiny, free of acronym agencies enforcing intrusive regulations and violating civil liberties.
Yet, unlike far too many candidates who call themselves libertarian, I will not support corporate handouts while cutting programs that serve consitutents, but will begin instead by challenging officials to constantly offer ways to modernize, lower costs, and outsource to community businesses and NGOs.
I will shrink government’s role in our lives sustainably in order to prioritize the people first, not special interests. I will directly challenge inflationary pressures that raise costs for working families.
Sorry, not sorry, insider-trading military-industrial surveillance complex.
Balance the budget. End the Wars. End the Fed.

Personal Liberty
- Bodily Autonomy: Classical liberals are strong on property rights; if you don’t own your body, you own nothing.
- Privacy Rights: Stop federal surveillance; protect personal data ownership from Big Tech and government overreach; abolish Homeland Security, NSA, domestic CIA operations.
- Speech Rights: Champion the First Amendment; protect your right to speak your truth to power, and expect the same in return; offer regular reminders that just because one can say something, it doesn’t follow that one must. Speak your mind, but be kind. Lead by example. Respect boundaries.
- Gun Rights and Safety: Defend the Second Amendment against federal restrictions; demystify firearms and encourage training to promote safest practices; support strong background checks, domestic violence protection.
Criminal Justice
- Dismantle or severely limit federal agencies with the greatest potential for domestic harm first, such as the ATF (transition to background-check only due to violating gun rights), DEA (enforcing drug prohibition), ICE (violating due process, reinstitute INS), and NSA (conducting mass surveillance).
- Repeal federal victimless crime laws (e.g., end the “War on Drugs”); end qualified immunity and/or impose civil liability and bond requirements for law enforcement officers; prioritize rehabilitation over punitives; audit plea bargaining.
- Strengthen appeals courts and oppose capital punishment.
- Reinforce full Miranda protections against self-incrimination.
- Remove financial incentives for incarceration and civil asset forfeiture.
- Address abuses within juvenile and family services, protect whistleblowers.
Economic Freedom
- Cruelty-Free Economic Reform: Gradually, but drastically cut federal income tax, starting with lowest earners; shift economic authority to states and municipalities; support orderly transition from state to community-oriented mutual-aid based social safety nets to replace top-down government intrusion; audit the Pentagon.
- End all tariffs and promote global free trade.
- Deregulation: Eliminate federal regulations that are burdening small businesses; end corporate welfare; take the “crony” out of capitalism.
- Sound Money: Audit with the intention of ending the Federal Reserve; support competing traditional and crypto currencies and oppose Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), challenge national and global monetary policy as hidden taxation.
Foreign Policy
- End imperialism and proxy wars; withdraw troops from 700+ overseas bases; challenge Executive use of force without authorization from Congress.
- Promote free trade and diplomacy over aggression. Always remember: “When goods don’t cross borders, soldiers will.” ~Bastiat
- Draw down use of military and the foreign aid historically used as mitigation of force; immediately cut aid to corrupt regimes; force Europe to step up on global security.
- Operate in the global community as a partner, not its police.
- Ron Paul was right.
Separation of Capital and State
- Introduce term limits for Congress; increase investment scrutiny.
- Challenge Citizens United and associated case law.
- Create a public federal budget dashboard for transparency.
- Begin common-sense deregulation, starting with the housing industry.
- Regulate only where necessary, judicially-enforced; reinstitute Glass-Steagall or similar, and oppose “too big to fail.”
Additional
- Honoring our promises to current seniors by fully funding their Social Security via massive cuts to corporate welfare and the military-industrial complex, while downsizing the system to a minimal public option for future generations to prevent systemic collapse.
- Immigration in line with a modern “Ellis Island” system, balancing security with ease of entry; improved pathways to citizenship; regular audits of refugee aid and transition to private charity.
- Reduce legislative volume, repeal unnecessary legislation, heavy use of sunsetting.
- Oppose earmarks and poison pills.
- Oppose all laws that target and scapegoat innocent minorities, and bring criminals to justice.
- Restructure EPA to lessen enforcement authority and provide environmental guidance to courts hearing corporate liability proceedings.
- Common sense AI regulation. Artificial Intelligence does not have constitutional rights, at least, not yet.
Maybe Most Important For Campaigns Like This
- Promote third-party and non-partisan ballot access and alternative voter systems such as Ranked Choice and STAR.
